Fermented in neutral oak and aged for 18 months with very little lees stirring, our 2022 Sauvignon Blanc bursts from the glass with notes of mandarin blossom, pink grapefruit pith, cape gooseberry, sweet honeycrisp apple, and honeydew melon. With its soft texture and a harmonious bearing, this is rich, succulent white with a suggestion of sultanas in the finish.

Fully mature, this wine presents a deep ruby color in the glass with a tawny rim. Its aromas are august: dried plum, tobacco, loam, and black olive, followed by resinous notes of bay leaf and mature oak tones.
