2022 Sauvignon Blanc
Fermented in neutral oak and aged for 18 months with very little lees stirring, this wine bursts from the glass with notes of mandarin blossom, pink grapefruit pith, cape gooseberry, sweet apple, and honeydew melon.
Suggested Pairing: Chèvre Tart with heirloom tomato, fresh herbs, and a honey-sherry vinaigrette
2021 Blanc de Blanc
Aromas of brioche and honeycomb meet bright notes of lemon verbena, Meyer lemon zest, and kumquat rind—resulting in a precise, expressive sparkling wine with exceptional versatility at the table.
Suggested Pairing: Oysters on the Half Shell with classic mignonette and grilled sourdough
2019 Contadina
This wine from the exceptional 2019 vintage is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon but includes a small blend of Petit Verdot and Merlot, giving it extra lift and complexity. Aged in 100% French oak for 22 months, our 2019 Contadina tastes delicious in its youth, but will continue aging gracefully for years to come. This is a rare offering at a tremendous value.
Suggested Pairing: Braised Short Rib with celery root purée, pickled red onion, and red wine–herb jus
2022 Promiscua Cabernet Sauvignon
A wine that is built to age, this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from our single vineyards and possesses an energetic verve. The 2022 Promiscua features plum, cassis, coriander, and sage, emerging in a plush and sensuous wine. Elegant and structured, the wine finishes with fine-grained, mouthcoating tannin.
Suggested Pairing: Dry-aged Bone-in Rib Eye with roasted bone marrow, trumpet mushrooms, and thyme jus
