A cool summer that delayed the harvest, in some
cases a month, and gave the extra "hang time".
When the grapes were picked at maturity they demonstrated this with high
levels of fruit. The wine also shows this
with forward fruit aromas over the oak.
The flavor is generous and balanced between Merlot, Cabernet Franc and
Cabernet Sauvignon.
