Library Cabernet Sauvignon

Since 1980, we have held back 500+ cases of Cabernet Sauvignon each year, carefully cellaring it in our vintage wine library. The wine is allowed to mature for ten to fifteen years before it is re-released as a “Library Wine”.
Young wines exhibit only fruit and wood aromas--these are sometimes called primary or secondary flavors. When you sample our library wines, you will experience the complex, intriguing “bottle bouquet”. Properly aged wine takes on a new depth of flavor. These exotic aromas and flavors are called “tertiary” flavors as they signify changes have happened with the wine.
Our Vintage Cabernet Sauvignon has received wide acclaim, and each release is eagerly awaited by restaurants, wine shops and consumers. By purchasing from our library release program, you will have the unique opportunity to enjoy wine that has been
stored under ideal conditions at the winery.
